Product Listings

I just set up an account and I'm working on adding our current vendors. I have tried to add Alberts Organics for Denver (or West, possibly), but the price databases are all outdated. Are these no longer supported, or do I need to request that they be updated somewhere?
I also noticed on the Azure listing (wholesale) that there are many out of stock (not short-term) items that still show up on the inventory listing... is it possible for these to not show up?
