Orders under 1 unit not showing in invoice processing page

Postby pegAdmin_fl » Mon Jan 28, 2013 3:56 am

If we want members to be able to order small quantities, for example to order mushrooms in a minimum of 250g is there a way to have this show in the invoice processing page?

Can you point me to a specific example so I can see what's going wrong? It sounds possibly like a bug, so I want to see what's going on. But I thought the bug that caused items with qty < 1 on orders to not show up places was fixed a while back.

Ah yes, looks like a bug - thought it was fixed, but I guess not. Apparently items with < 1 qty do not show up on Invoice processing right now.

It will be fixed, but in the meantime you could change the mushroom size from 1kg to 1000g, and have everyone order in g instead of kg. So 0.25 kg becomes 250 g.

I tried doing this but if I put 250g as order it tried to charge me for 250kg.

Oh, you will also need to change the "price" in an individual order to the price of 1 g, from the price of 1 kg. So basically, divide the price by 1000 and it should be good.
