Some of my items show correct in the order page but in the invoice page they show 0.00 in the "actual price" column. Do you know what might be causing it?

Probably just means you need to enter a price for those items on your Invoice processing page. In your case:

(note the blank input field in the Actual price column... just enter prices for those items and your 0.00 will go away)

Thanks for your help. So it seems that the other items that already have actual prices entered are items which already existed. If I either add a new item or change an existing items code value then it shows as having no actual price until entered in the invoice processing page.

Correct. The Invoice processing page simply looks up each item, by code, in the product database you are currently using. So if the item doesn't exist (or has a different item code) in the database, the "Actual price" column will be blank because the item couldn't be found.
