How to clear entire group order, even recurring orders

A long-time user figured this out- I didn't even know it would work. Posting here in case it is useful to others.

To clear an entire order including all recurring orders:

  • Turn off the recurring order feature, in Source settings.
  • (if using built-in accounting system and these items were not actually ordered) Set source to NON-DEBIT on Source dashboard, or simply temporarily disable the entire built-in accounting system on Global settings.
  • Archive order
  • If you disabled accounting system, remember to re-enable it on Global settings.
