Is it possible to convert a normal user to one with full admin privileges? I see it is possible to grant source-admin and treasure to a user - but not full admin. Currently we are sharing a single admin account - which really makes me squirm. Bad security practice to be sharing admin accounts in that way...

Yes, you need a superadmin account to edit full admins, or convert normal to admin. E-mail support@foodclub.org and let me know which user you would like to be made superadmin, then you can use that to create as many admin users as you want.
