Account mailing lists

We have many accounts all linked together. An Order Admin for one particular source often needs to communicate to interested co-op members about order changes, vendor price changes, upcoming specials, etc, etc.. It would be nice if members could sign up for a mailing list of sorts for each account. Then when the order admin needs to send out an email blast to members, they don't have to send it to the whole co-op (and thereby annoying people who aren't interested in Turnips on sale), but just people interested in that particular vendor/account.
This would greatly simplify our current method of communicating vendor specific changes, updates, etc.
Please consider. Please chime in if you would like this feature also.
