phpadmin, multiple sources for each supplier

Hi - I am new and trying to get a feel for the setup of these websites. We are a co-op and will be branching out from just frontier. I'd like to have the ability to have the suppliers send in or upload themselves their own csv files. Would I make multiple sources then for each supplier? Then have a supplier dashboard? Is there a general 'how to' page for this kind of maintenance stuff? And how do I get into / on phpadmin?
