Do I need to be given permission for phpmyadmin access?

Postby PamMcAfee » Wed Jul 05, 2017 1:13 pm

The person who created our labels has moved and I have taken over the job. She gave me clear instructions, but when I try to login to the phpmyadmin site, I am getting a #1045 error. Do I need permissions other than admin to access this database? My user name is PamMcAfee and I am with Granby Food Coop. I need to get these labels done tonight, so quick answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

You only need your club's phpmyadmin credentials (username and password) to access it. That is something you have to get from your club: whoever uses the phpmyadmin account.

Also: for a quicker response, i.e. anything urgent that you need right away, always e-mail support@foodclub.org. These forums are not checked daily.
