Administrating the administrators

Hello,
I have two administrators I need to delete, several I need to change to regular users and two that were made general admins when they should have been made source admins. How do I edit the user settings for administrators?

You need a "superadmin" level user. This is a hidden feature that we grant once we know for sure who is mostly in charge.
