Deleting an unwanted source.

Can anyone help me delete a source that is no longer wanted. It is linked to a main source and I don't want it in the source drop-down.

Yes, you have to e-mail that to support@foodclub.org, and we can do it for you.

Eventually you will be able to do this yourself, either hide or delete no-longer-wanted sources. There will be a Source management page which allows you to add/remove/hide sources.

Hello Support,
I'm just wondering how long I should expect it to take to action such a request. (I emailed this request 4 days ago and have not yet received a reply) ?

Your e-mail seems to have been lost since I don't see it anywhere. Can you let me know the exact timestamp that you sent it? I'm curious to see if it went into the spam or something.

Normally you can expect a response within a few hours, but sometimes it takes a day or two. It never takes 4 days at least for simple requests like this one.

Any chance the feature you mentioned, 'hide or delete no longer wanted sources", might be implemented soon? We could certainly use it for seasonal or occasional accounts/sources.

Updating this topic for latest features: the Source dashboard page was added several months ago, which lets you hide unwanted sources. Hiding them makes them invisible to everyone / everywhere except the Source dashboard page itself.
