Prepaid Account??

Adi - I just closed and archived an order. I immediately saw PREPAID BALANCE -12.00 at the top of my screen. How do I eliminate this from our entire foodclub. None of us are working with prepaid balances or credit cards connected to the system and I think this will just confuse everyone! Thanks!!
