Ordering for only one village

Well right now it's both admin and the user themselves who can set and change villages. But that would be easy to add another setting that disabled the ability of users to change their own village.

If enabled it will let them set it during new user registration, but never again afterwards. Only admins will be able to change a user's village (or set it, if they neglected to in user registration).

The two features discussed above are now available. Check your Global settings -> Village mode settings to enable them.

One issue, the trailing label on the Village field in the User Settings should probably be removed when the Global Setting is checked to disallow village changes.
