I just set up a new account for a new Tyler, Texas foodclub this morning. No matter which way I try it, I cannot add a source! So far, our foodclub is only ordering from Azure Standard and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Could you please help me add another couple of sources? I have about 10 I want to add in total but can't understand where I went wrong. Thank you!!

Sent a reply to your private message. I can't tell for sure, but it looks like you are probably just entering something wrong in the "link to account" field of the quick account creation page.

In your case, you want that to just be: tyler (not foodclub.org/tyler or Tyler ... it might be case-sensitive, I'm not sure)

Sorry, this process is error-prone and picky, not to mention non-intuitive. The whole process of adding new sources will be redesigned and made easier, it's just a lower priority at the moment since clubs only add sources rarely or when they are first getting set up.

How is the functionality for adding new sources coming along? I am just in the process of trialing our new foodclub account and need to set up multiple sources to import price lists into. I can see I can use the account linking method, but if just wondering if 'source admin' is very far away, or if it's even still on the do do list? (In which case if it's not, I'll just go an create extra accounts for the additional sources.)

It is definitely still on the to do list, but not imminent. Probably will be done this summer sometime.

I think once you do the Account linking process once, you will find it is very easy (especially if you use the quick account creation instead of the wizard). The only problem with it is that it's not "intuitive" for new users to understand that's how you add sources.
